Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth experience and secure group rates for our UK adventure, we have established the following policy regarding payments and cancellations.
Group Activity Payment($795)
This payment is collected to cover certain shared group expenses that must be booked in advance (including theater tickets, airport transfers, rail passes, and included tours).

Refundability: This payment is non-refundable unless the funds have not yet been committed to a vendor.

Partial Refunds: If a member cancels after some bookings have been made but before others, a partial refund of the remaining uncommitted balance may be issued at the club organizers' discretion.

Price Stability & Group Integrity: To protect the collective budget, refunds will not be issued if the withdrawal would result in a price increase for the remaining participants (e.g., if a group tour or private shuttle has a fixed cost that was divided among the original number of attendees).
Individual Travel Expenses
All other costs—including airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and personal expenses—are paid directly by the member to the respective service providers.

Vendor Terms: Refunds for these expenses are governed strictly by the terms and conditions of the individual providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or booking platforms).

Member Choice: Members are encouraged to review the cancellation policies of their chosen providers at the time of booking. You may choose to purchase "Refundable" vs. "Non-Refundable" fares based on your personal preference and risk tolerance.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all members purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
Policy Acceptance
By submitting your $795 payment or registering for the Harry Potter Book Club UK Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
